Yes. The transmission of information on the toobydoo.com site takes place in a secure context using the protocols in force on the Internet. Payment card numbers are not stored on the toobydoo.com site.

You can browse the toobydoo.com site without providing any personal information. However, when you open an account on the site toobydoo.com, we collect the data necessary for billing and delivery of your order: your name, addresses, email addresses, etc. The toobydoo.com privacy policy is accessible on the site.

At Toobydoo, we value your right to control how your personal information is used. We kindly refer to our privacy policy how we handle personal information. To exercise your right to delete your data please send an email to service@toobydoo.com with the subject ‘Delete my data’

Click the “Forgot Password” link located on the login page. Enter your email address, you will immediately receive an email then click on the link to change your password.

At any time, you can edit your account information by clicking on “Account” whose icon is located at the top right of your screen. After identification, you can make the desired changes via the menu on the left.

order and delivery

Although we plan to expand our capabilities in the future, we currently ship UPS or USPS to the 50 USA states. We cannot ship internationally or to PO Boxes or APO/FPO address.

While most orders ship the same or the next business day, we estimate that your items will process and ship in 3-7 business days. All items with future ship dates are marked with an estimated ship date in the product detail. Contact us at service@toobydoo.co with any further questions.

Track your package via After Ship. We use a number of different carriers, paste your tracking number into the link listed above for the correct carrier and contact number.

If your package was confirmed delivered by the carrier via a tracking number, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If your order is not found after 7 days, contact service@toobydoo.com with your current mailing address, name, and order number so we can investigate further.

While we are not liable for lost packages, your happiness is important to us, and we are committed to finding a resolution for you.

Our standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $100.

Please note that some oversized and non Toobydoo branded items are ineligible for free shipping.

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return or exchange it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Returns are accepted online and in-store. To start an online return or exchange, visit Toobydoo.LoopReturns.com. Final sale items are not applicable, as stated on our product page.

Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $9 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit and exchanges.

If the item is a gift, the recipient just needs their order number and the shipping zip code, the purchaser's email address, or phone number. Our gift returns portal can be found here.

Returns are accepted online and in-store. To start an online return or exchange, visit Toobydoo Returns.

All items must be unworn with tags attached and in sellable condition.

Our returns team is located on the East coast, so please allow 7-14 business days for us to get your refund / exchange back to you. We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. All replacements are at the discretion of the Customer Service Team.

You can pay for your purchases by credit/debit card or via PayPal. If paying by card, you will need to enter your card number, expiration date and CVV number on the “Payment” page.

Each computer monitor has a different calibration, so there may be slight color differences. If in doubt about the color of a product, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Toobydoo.com offers a selection of baby, girl and boy clothes, shoes and accessories, available from birth to 14 years old. In addition for some limited editions we offer adult sizes.

Size guides can be found on the product page of a specific item. Our core items include both a size and fit guide, outlining both the measurements and general fit of the garment. Toobydoo branded clothing usually fits ‘true to size’.

Toobydoo is the perfect place for gifts for a birth or birthday. We also offer options for curated gift boxes designed by our team or to build your own gift box. At checkout simply enter the contact details of the gift recipient when placing your order. If you wish, you can add options: packaging, message and note card.
