We are also happy to ship a gift card, packaged in a Toobydoo gift box. If you prefer this option, please let us know in the comments section at checkout, or contact us at service@toobydoo.com.

Gift cards are delivered by email to the buyer and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. No physical cards are available. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and contain a unique code for each individual one. Gift cards never expire or depreciate in value and are able to be used on more than one transaction, given that there is a balance on the cards.

Gift card balances can be checked through the link that was sent in the email with the card. Discount codes cannot be used to buy a gift card. Gift cards can be used with a discount code at checkout.  Style #GC

Returns Policy

Toobydoo items purchased at full price are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In case of damaged items, please accept our apologies! We will try to make it right quickly. Please report damages within 7 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend you insure and track your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment. Toobydoo is not responsible for product lost or damaged during return shipments.

Shipping

Although we plan to expand our capabilities in the future, we currently ship UPS or USPS to the 50 USA states. We cannot ship internationally or to PO Boxes or APO/FPO address.

Orders over $100 ship FREE.

A Standard order will be charged a flat rate of $7.00.

We are more than happy to expedite your order for an additional charge: we also offer Two-Day Shipping for: $17.95 .

Your order should arrive within 5 to 10 business days after you place your order. Orders will be shipped UPS or USPS and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Two-Day shipping (arrives within 3 business days) Your order should arrive within 3 business days after you place your order. Orders take 24 hours to process and 2 business days to be delivered. Two-day orders have priority status for processing.
